DEVI UPASANA

Lalithambika

While ‘upasana’ literally means ‘seated near’ (upa=near, asana=seat), it commonly is used to indicate bhakthi (devotion),  puja (ritual) or dhyana (meditation). An attempt is made here to present resources to learn and practice these different aspects of worship. These include texts and books, discourses, recital of namas etc.
